The Eastern Shore of Maryland offers such wonderful simple pleasures.
Drive down the road and buy a basket of delicious Concord Grapes. The
sandy soil of the Eastern Shore is perfect for these delectable morsels.
Another delicious treat from Maryland and especially from the Eastern
Shore of Maryland is the Soft Shell Crab. The Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab is
a staple of the diet of folks in Maryland and the delicacy of the Soft

Maryland offers wonderful local fresh produce. Each year, farmers offer
their produce in road side markets when the vegetables are at their peak.
Drive along and stock up with fresh Asparagus, Corn, Cucumbers, Eggplant,
Onions, Peas, Peppers, Pumpkins, Potatoes, String Beans, Tomatoes and
more. Maryland fruit includes Apples, Apricots, Strawberries, Cherries,
Grapes, Melons (Watermelon and Cantelopes), Peaches, Pears, Plums and
more.
